Therapeutic Bodywork Rooted in Deep Listening
Trish Tripp, Licensed Massage Therapist in Chesterfield, VA
A quiet, respectful approach to massage
I believe the body has an innate capacity to restore itself.
My work is centered around creating the conditions for that to happen — calming the nervous system, releasing held tension, and inviting your body back into balance.
Every session is shaped around you. We begin by listening to what your body is carrying, what you need support with, and how you want to feel when you leave. From there, the work unfolds with care, intuition, and respect for your body’s own language and guidance.
Whether you are seeking relief from stress, pain, chronic tension, or simply need space to exhale, you are welcome here exactly as you are.
Meet Trish
Trish Tripp is a Licensed Massage Therapist with the Virginia Board of Nursing, a Preferred Practitioner with the Society for Oncology Massage, a member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals organization, and a teacher with Claire Marie Miller Seminars.
Her work blends therapeutic skill with grounded presence, creating sessions that are both restorative and intentional. Clients often come in looking for relief — from stress, tension, pain, or the demands of everyday life — and are met with bodywork that honors the whole person.
Trish’s approach is intuitive, thoughtful, and deeply client-centered. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all routine, each session is shaped around what your body needs that day.
